Decree of the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic no. 09812/2008-OL of 10 September 2008 concerning minimum requirements for personnel and material - technical equipment of various kitchen accessories types of healthcare facilities Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic pursuant to 8. 2 of Act no. 578/2004 Coll of. on health care providers, health workers and professional organizations in the health and amending certain acts as amended by Act no. 538/2005 Coll of. provides:
1 (1) The minimum requirements for personnel and material - technical kitchen accessories equipment medical outpatient care (hereinafter referred to as "outpatient facility") are set out in the Annex. 1 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS personnel and material and technical equipment outpatient COMMON kitchen accessories PROVISIONS 1 This Annex lays down minimum personnel and material kitchen accessories - technical equipment for outpatient facility as defined in 7. 3 of the Act. 578/2004 Coll of. on health care providers, health workers and professional organizations in the health and amending certain laws, as amended. 2 Outpatient constitute individual functional areas that together shape the operationally coherent whole.
